Najica: Blitz Tactics was directed by Katsuihiko Nishijima (Project A-ko, Labyrinth of Flames), with animation direction by Noriyasu Yamauchi (Guyver: Out of Control). Najica: Blitz Tactics is fast-paced, has lots of action and plenty of fan service. I gave Najica: Blitz Tactics a 4 out of 5.
Volume 1
As one of the world's top perfume designers, Najica Hiiragi works with her trusty assistant Kirala to develop the Day Series perfumes for CRI Cosmetics. When not jet-setting around the world, Najica tools around neo-Tokyo in a bright red convertible. Men love her. Women want to be her.
But Najica has another job, one that few ever see: Secret agent for the CRI intelligence organization. Her boss is the cool, calculating Majima, and she gets field support from the lecherous, but technology-savvy, Gento. Najica's life gets complicated when she rescues a young girl, Lila, from the clutches of a depraved socialite and her machine-gun wielding maids.
Volume 2
CRI super agent Najica Hiiragi and her partner Lila are back to save the world! The fun starts when they must race against time to stop the madman Ricardo Kidel from using a nuclear intercontinental ballistic missile to stage a coup.
Then the Humaritt version of Pandora's box is opened when a Humaritt combat model gets activated without orders or a master. The Humaritt escapes, and Najica and the CRI team have to find this android before disaster ensues! While Lila recovers from injuries, Najica must work solo to help teenage math prodigy Swaney and her guardian Daniela from being re-captured by the repressive government of Kirnovf.
If that weren't enough, the rogue Humaritt Toni takes a hostage-Azusa Katsuragi-to prevent the destruction of a stolen jet fighter, the Oboro. Najica and Lila must recover both while going up against Toni's master, the weapons dealer Rasse Pewnt! It's all in a day's work for Najica Blitz Tactics!
Volume 3
Super agent Najica Hiiragi and her Humaritt partner Lila have their hands full! Humaritts are androids trained for absolute obedience; but when the Humaritt Elith rejects a decision by her master , the rebel leader Athena, the CRI agents can't prevent the tragic results. Then a call from Gento's long-lost friend Yoshiki has Najica and Lila racing to save the scientist and his lover, the Humaritt Serina, from the forces of Dr. Renika Ren (the creator of all Humaritts). The greatest danger, however, just might be Serina's desire to protect Yoshiki!
To end the Humaritt threat, Shinba Industrial attacks Dr. Ren's secret underground laboratory in an abandoned city. A massive battle erupts with Dr. Ren's android army, including the awesome Humaritt X. Inside the lab, Lila befriends a mysterious boy called Alpha, and Najica suspects Dr. Ren isn't what she appears to be. But time is short: a military air strike is set to level the city.
