Bikini Warriors...

Bikini Warriors is as silly as the name implies...
Inspired by old school RPGs comes a series that's stacked with battles, bosses, and... Bikinis?! Prepare yourself for an adventure of epic proportions. Follow a party of battle-ready beauties as they make their way on an epic quest. The athletic Fighter, elegant Paladin, enchanting Mage, and fierce Darkelf are ready to coax out their stats and minimize every dungeon dwelling baddy out there. And they'll pick up all the treasure along the way. But crawling through dangerous dungeons and ominous forests will be the least of their worries! Between questionable quests and seriously underpaid jobs, they'll have more obstacles in town than on the outside. But if they work together it'll all work out... right? Either way they'll bust out the big weapons and tiny armor to face their journey head on.
In Bikini Warriors, we follow the misadventures and exploits of our heroines as they find new ways to reveal themselves in ever more tasteless manners. What we have here are twelve 3 ½ minute vignettes (excluding the end credits) that are little more than an excuse to showcase the main characters in revealing poses. Bikini Warriors is almost entirely fan service. The main characters are seen in and out of their skimpy attire being abused by various threats including a number tentacled beasties.

Thankfully, Bikini Warriors never really takes itself seriously. The series is fairly funny as the heroines end up being the butt of jokes or having an adventure go horribly wrong for some silly reason or being sidetracked in some pointless endeavor. Sadly, aside from showing a lot of skin, there isn’t really any action in this series. Our heroines may walk through a dungeon to reach a boss only to have the episode end before the battle or there might be a brief skirmish with a tentacled beastie after the aforementioned beastie has already spent most of the episode abusing our heroines.

With so much fan service, including plenty of bare bottoms and with as many tentacles as there are in Bikini Warriors, surprisingly, there are no bare breasts and, of course, no naughty bits. I usually like to read my anime, but, in this case, I had to try a handful of episodes with the English dub. Amazingly, the English dub was actually good. Of course, given the subject matter, expectations are not very high, but, still, I was impressed.

Overall, Bikini Warriors is as silly as the name implies. Of course, given the over-the-top fan service, the younger anime fans among us should stay away. There are no naughty bits, bloodshed or gore. If this were a hentai series, it would likely be fairly mediocre, but, without the hentai, it’s just silly. The episodes are very short, but, given the absurd nature of the series, in my humble opinion, the series would suffer from longer episodes. I gave Bikini Warriors a 2 out of 5.
