Sometime ago, I watched Gatherer's Adventure In Isekai...
Join Takeru as he finds stuff, makes friends and helps people. Takeru finds a dragon egg, helps it hatch and a thankful father dragon entrusts Takeru with his baby's care. Enter Bee, Takeru's adopted dragon baby and let the cuteness overcome you. Takeru and Bee go on adventures and in their travels they encounter a stinky hungry elf woman. Takeru promptly purifies the stink and feeds her. Then she thanks him and runs off to continue her own quest.
Takeru encounters a lizardman, Clayston, and heals his injuries and in the process, Takeru's overpowered magic gives the lizardman a boost and he transforms into a dragonnewt. Together, Takeru, Bee and Clayston continue to have adventures. The series has a somewhat leisurely pace and there isn't much in the way of red ink and there are no naughty bits. There was kind of an odd twist with stinky elf and her clan, but, I won't spoil the surprise. Overall, I had a good time with a Gatherer's Adventure In Isekai and gave it a 3 out of 5.
